Apply
A short form captures who you are, what you need, and how to reach you. No fees, no role intake, no candidate browser is shown at this stage.

Review
TMC reviews every application by hand against published criteria. Response within 1 business day, including evenings and weekends queued to the next business day.

Decision
Approved applicants receive a magic-link invitation and a personal welcome. Where the answer is 'not yet', the reply names the specific pathway back.

Inside
The member dashboard unlocks: role brief intake for employers, candidate profile and representation for professionals, agreements, billing, and the placement tracker.
